Big Brother 28 just lost another major player. As the CBS reality series is coming to an end, the final five have been named after the double eviction that sent both Barrett and Yash packing. Following double eviction night, the final five houseguests were set as Drew, Dee, Devens, Melody, and Taylor were the only ones left standing. Now, another big twist has seen another houseguest evicted in the Egyptian eviction.
On Sunday’s episode, the houseguests played for HoH with Devens winning. He went onto nominate Drew and Melody for eviction. However, Drew won the veto and took himself off the block. Taylor went up as a renom. After that, it’s unclear what happened. However, live feeds now confirm that Melody was evicted from the house, per TV Fanatic.
Egyptian Eviction Sends A Houseguest To Jury
On Monday morning, the live feeds went down. When they returned, Melody was gone, her photo was grayed out on the wall, and the final four were officially named. All of this will play out on Wednesday night’s episode of Big Brother.
Once news hit the internet, fans had plenty to say about the surprise eviction. “Yash is going to enjoy this. She let Drew run her game into the ground as he is responsible for FAP all being gone,” one person commented via X. “I prepared for this and i’m still distraught,” said another. “She played her part,” a third person stated.
Meanwhile, the remaining houseguests, Devens, Drew, Dee, and Taylor continue to fight for their spot on finale night. The finale will air October 1, and the jury will return to cast their votes and crown the winner of Big Brother 28.
Where Does The Jury Stand?
So, where does the jury stand? As of right now the jury members are Lala, Angela, Barrett, Yash, and Melody. If Drew can make it to Final 2 he may have the votes of Barrett and Melody locked in. Those three have been very close throughout the season.
Dee would likely have Angela’s vote as the pair had been a close-knit duo all season long. She possibly also has Barrett’s vote if Drew isn’t sitting next to her. Meanwhile, Devens might be able to count Yash in his corner if he makes it to finale night. If Drew ends up in jury, Devens would also expect to have his vote, as the pair have been good friends inside the house.
